Welcome to our Diamond on the Shore. We’re grateful that you chose to stay with us!
This condo is the place our family spends time every summer and we put a great amount of love as well as attention to detail when we renovated back in the summer of 2023. Every aspect of this condo was thought of with both our guests and families in mind.
In this manual, you’ll find useful information for your time staying with us. From instructions on how to use appliances to restaurant recommendations and things to do, we have you covered!

Getting In
The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Take the elevator to floor 3 and take a slight left as you walk out. Unit 318 will be located on your right.
A keypad code will be sent to you that is specifically for use during your stay. To get into the condo, press anywhere on the digital keypad and the number should illuminate. Enter the code given to you followed by the pound (#) sign. You should hear “Door Unlocked” and you can press down on the handle to enter.
Check-in and Check-out
Our check-in time starts at 4 pm ET to give our cleaning crew time to prepare for your stay. Check-out will be 11 am ET. If you require a later check-out, please reach out to us using the contact information at the end of this manual. We may not be able to accommodate all late check-out requests due to availability of our cleaning crew but we will make our best effort.
Parking
You are allotted 2 parking spaces to use during your stay. The parking passes are available on the bar counter when you walk in. Please put the passes in your vehicle(s) promptly to avoid being towed. Additional parking passes can be requested to the maintenance department of Pelican’s Watch for an additional fee of $125 per pass.
Luggage Carts
There are several luggage carts available for use. They are located next to the elevator in the center of the building. Please return the carts as soon as you are finished using them so other guests can have access.
Internet
Our condo has it’s own private network. There is a shared network throughout the condo complex but the strength may be spotty.

Pool
The pool is located across the street under the other Pelican’s Watch building. There is no code needed to access the pool area. No glass is allowed at the pool.

Please carefully read our house rules to avoid any additional charges after your stay or the potential loss of your security deposit.

Appliances
Washer/Dryer
The washer and dryer are located in the outdoor laundry room in the entranceway. There are washing machine detergent pods provided to you for use during your stay.
TVs
The main living room TV has it’s power controlled by a switch on the wall to the left of the TV. If it does not turn on immediately, please flip some of the switches until one turns it on. All TVs are Roku-enabled so you can use whatever streaming apps you’d like. To watch cable TV, select the Spectrum app on the Roku home screen.
Refrigerator/Freezer
There are ice trays to use in the freezer. Ice can be purchased at the convenient store in the Straw Market about 1 block away.
Air Conditioning
Please be mindful when setting the temperature in the condo. We want you to be comfortable during your stay but please try to avoid keeping the balcony sliding door open for long periods of time while the A/C is turned on.
Power Outlets
If you see an outlet that is upside-down, that means the power running to the outlet is switch-controlled. If power is not immediately available, try flipping the switches to turn the power on.
